Our site is hosted by Webnode, based in Zurich (Switzerland), and created by Westcom, s.r.o.

When you provide your information on our site via the contact form, your data is encrypted using an SSL certificate (https) to ensure its security.

Data transmitted

Data sent via our contact form is stored in our database for a maximum of one year, then destroyed. A copy of the information transmitted is sent to you via the e-mail address given when you sent the contact form. In the confirmation e-mail you receive, you will also find a link allowing you to delete all your data at any time.

When you request a quote, your details are kept so that we can process your request. One year after your request for a quotation, the quotation and all your data will be deleted, except in the case of other requests for quotations.

Respecting your data protection rights

Both our hosting and our website are covered by a maintenance contract in order to keep them technically up to date and thus avoid security risks. Data sent via the contact form is stored on our server. Apart from the mechanisms put in place to consult and delete the data transmitted, you are free to contact us at the following e-mail address: info@vgtraduction.be to ensure that :

• your data has been deleted ;
• your data is accurate;
• your data is corrected.
